At Bloom Fitness, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your orders. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.  
- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions), processing times may take longer.  

2. Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:  
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-5 labor days

3. Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.  
- Bloom Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.  

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.  
- Free shipping may be offered for orders over a specified amount during promotions.  

-Free Pick Up option available only at Aguada, Puerto Rico.

5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.  

7. Undeliverable Packages  
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees with no refund. 

8. Lost or Damaged Packages  
- While we ensure the safe packaging of all orders, Bloom Fitness is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.  
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
